I I must thank you for focusing on my shoulder and arm to get them working again.  I found the instruction and demonstration generally straightforward and easy to follow.  I liked the constant change from one exercise to something a little different - it relieved the boredom threshold! You checked that I was OK doing various movements and changed things if I experienced pain.  Such consideration encourages me to keep trying and I will do my best to continue some sort of regular training in order to maintain balance and flexibility and prevent falls.

I learned a lot of great bodyweight exercises and gained more experience in the gym. I did sessions three times a week for a while, and I saw some real improvements in my strength. Having a coach was critical for getting me to try my hardest. If you respond well to coaching and want to push yourself in the gym but don’t know how to start I’d say working with Al.
