Build strength. Forge resilience. Master the kettlebell swing.
The Summit Swing Challenge is a 12-week progressive kettlebell training program designed to develop explosive power, grip strength, endurance, conditioning, and technical mastery. Through 12 carefully designed weeks, you’ll progress from 210 swings to 300 swings while learning multiple swing variations, tackling unique weekly challenges, and discovering what you’re truly capable of.
Unlike traditional fitness programs, each week presents a new test—EMOMs, ladders, power swings, single-arm work, precision challenges, and performance benchmarks—keeping training engaging while continuously building strength and work capacity.
Whether you’re new to kettlebells or an experienced lifter looking for a fresh challenge, this program will help you move better, get stronger, and develop the discipline that comes from showing up and doing the work.
Over 9,000 swings. Twelve weeks. One challenge.

Weeks 1–4: Building the Foundation
The first four weeks of the 300 Swing Challenge are designed to establish the skills and conditioning necessary for the more demanding workouts ahead. You’ll focus on mastering technique, building work capacity, and developing confidence with the kettlebell through progressively increasing volume and varied training formats.
Week 1 – 210 Swings: Foundation Volume
Perform 7 sets of 30 swings for a total of 210 swings. This week is all about establishing sound technique, learning to pace yourself, and building a strong foundation. Focus on crisp hip drive, a neutral spine, and consistent breathing.
Week 2 – 220 Swings: EMOM Conditioning
Challenge your endurance and efficiency with a structured EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) format. You’ll combine one-hand swings, two-hand swings, and heavy swings, teaching you to recover quickly while maintaining power and technique under fatigue.
Week 3 – 230 Swings: Power Swing Intervals
Introduce explosive power into your training by alternating Power Swings with Hand-to-Hand Swings. This week develops force production, timing, and coordination while reinforcing efficient movement patterns.
Week 4 – 240 Swings: Free Swing Day
It’s time to put your skills to work. Accumulate 240 swings using any combination of swing variations you’ve learned so far. This week encourages creativity, self-awareness, and strategic pacing while allowing you to tailor the workout to your strengths and goals.
By the end of Week 4, you’ll have completed 2,700 swings and built the technical foundation, conditioning, and confidence needed for the more advanced challenges that lie ahead.
